A game supper
One long table, four courses of game from the autumn season, and the wines of the right bank.

Once a year, when the season is at its height, we set one long table in the back room and cook four courses of game: a terrine, a broth, a roast and a pie.
The wines come from the right bank of the Dordogne. The table seats eighteen, served at the same time.
